SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
In order to increase the dredging depth of the cutter suction dredger,the dredger was improved technically,and the dredge pump was installed on the cutter ladder,then the dredging depth is improved obviously and slurry concentration is increased,because pump inlet more close the dredged material.

SPUD CARRIAGE
Generally,the spud carriage is composed of two spuds(main spud and auxiliary spud).The main spud and the spud carriage are located at the notch of the dredger stern,and the auxiliary spud is located at the left or right pontoon stern.
The spud carriage has greatly improved the dredging efficiency.
Packaging & Shipping
·Smaller size dredgers will be transported by container,and engineers will give a training program of the machine function,operating and maintenance before or during working.
·Bigger size dredgers with removable structure will be transported by trailer truck on land and by bulk cargo ship by sea.
Installation Instructions
We will fully assemble and fully test the vessel before shipping to ensure that it is in good condition.After the goods are transported to the destination, we will send engineers to the site for you to assemble and debug.And we will give your operators a simple teaching and training, our machines are easy to use, easy to operate.
