After-Sales Service
After the dredger test, Julong will provide twelve-month warranty towards main parts including the pump, gearbox, electrical system, hydraulic system, operation system,generator.During the warranty period, Julong will reply in 24 hours if the dredger can not be dunned properly because of the quality. At beginning we try to find and solve the problem by telephone communication. If it does not work, Julong technicians will go to the dredging site in 10 days (based on the visa application).
