JLCSD series dredgers can be applied to many kinds of geologic structures and can be widely used in mineral digging, port dredging and reclamation works. By absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products, this series of dredgers show their characteristics of rational design, all hydraulic driven, simple operation, little maintenance and strong power. The capacity of JLCSD dredgers range from 500m3/hr to 7000m3/hr, dredging depth from 1m to 20m and discharge distance from 500m to 3000m, which can satisfy different work demands.
JULONG dredgers are of modular structure which is convenient for disassembly and transportation.Its other characteristics include reasonable design,easy operation,long duration and running continuity.

·Smaller size dredger will be transported by container,and engineers will give a training program of the machine function,operating and maintenance before or during working.
·Bigger size dredger with removable structure will be transported by trailer truck on land and by bulk cargo ship by sea.
We will fully assemble and debug the operation before shipping to ensure quality.When the goods are transported to the destination, we will send engineers to the site for you to install, and to teach and train the operator.
During the warranty period, Julong will reply in 24 hours if the dredger can not bedunned properly because of the quality. At beginning we try to find and solve the problem by telephone communication. If it does not work, Julong technicians will go to the dredging site in 10 days (based on the visa application).
